More scenes from Niagara, Ontario

We visited other places in the area, including Niagara on the Lake, which is much calmer than Niagara Falls; not so glitzy and carnivally. We also went south down to Fort Erie, and other battlegrounds of the War of 1812, including one which is actually on the same street where our campground is, Lundy Lane. Visited a convent from the 1800's. The workers at Ft. Erie did great demonstrations. There were guys dressed in the traditional garb of each faction which fought with the British in the War of 1812. Militia, First Nation (what they call the Indians in Canada); regular army, etc. They demonstrated their muskets; and then a 12 lb cannon.
