Our first pretty campground, Lawrence, KS

This is our first pretty campground. We'll be here for at least 2 nights. We're SW of Lawrence,

in Lake Clinton State Park. It's very pretty, but extremely humid. Tomorrow I'll go into Lawrence and do some research on my great great grandparents who were in the second wagon train of settlers who came to this area to establish the town. Actually, my gr gr grandfather was a surveyor who helped lay out the town, as well as the university. You can see we've settled right down here, as evidenced by Dick's smile, and margarita.
