This will be my first posting. We got a late start, but only had to drive to Ruidoso. Spent a cool night there, and picked up my meds, and drove out of Ruidoso at noon. Arrived at an RV park on the north side of Amarillo around 8:00. During our evening glass of wine, we met some neighbors from Louisiana; a delightful Cajun couple. And had a wonderful visit with them. They were headed for the Canyonlands of Utah. We've seen a lot of flat country, and I already miss my mountains!
